AdCiti User Guide

The new AdCiti platform has been streamlined for ease of use. We designed it to be simpler to navigate while still providing the data you need and making campaign creation quick and efficient.
If you need help getting started or learning how to use the new AdCiti interface, we’ve included a visual guide below to walk you through the process.
Front Page
You can log in by clicking the Log In button at the top of the page right side. If you need help, just click the Help button in the bottom right corner to reach out to our support team.
Please note: If you are accessing the new AdCiti platform for the first time and previously had an AdCiti account, you will need to reset your password.
After logging in, you'll be directed to your Dashboard.
Here are a few key features to note, from left to right:

Create a campaign, manage your campaigns, and add funds.
Right Side of AdCiti
You have several navigation options available:
Dashboard: Your main homepage where you can view an overview of your account activity.
Campaigns: A list of your past and current campaigns. Each campaign is clickable and provides more detailed information.
Creatives: A list of your 300x250 creatives (ads).
Billing: Add funds to your account and enable or disable auto-recharge. Please note that once your balance falls below $20, your ads will pause unless auto-recharge is enabled. If auto-recharge is on, your account will automatically be recharged $300 USD.
Team: Update your team name, add team members, and include your business information if desired.
Settings: Update your name, manage your password, or change your password.
Campaigns:
This is your Campaigns area. Each campaign past or current is displayed with its status, your selected CPM bid, impressions, clicks, and end date.
Each campaign is clickable and opens a more detailed view with additional information. If you have many campaigns, you can also use the search feature to quickly find a specific one.
Inside your Campaign:
Inside your campaign showcase, you can view the creatives attached to the campaign along with key details such as the campaign status (active, paused, etc.), your CPM bid, daily goal, and end date.
Performance metrics are also displayed, including impressions, clicks, CTR, and total ad spend, along with visual graphs and charts to help you track results.
From this section, you can edit your campaign, add new creatives, reuse existing ones, or use the dropdown menu to view your ad performance by different time ranges such as weekly or monthly.
Creating a New Campaign:
Go to side bar found on every page> Campaigns> New Campaign
Enter your campaign name, set your daily budget (minimum $10 USD), and choose your CPM bid (minimum $3). Then select your start date and end date.
We recommend leaving all device options selected to ensure your ads reach the widest possible audience.
Once everything is set, click Create Campaign and wait for the next page to load.
Your new campaign will be shown in a list of your campaigns click the new campaign , you can either add a new creative or use an existing one
Please note: New advertisers on AdCiti must have their campaigns approved before ads begin running. For existing clients, approval is not required and ads will typically start running within 60 minutes of creation.
Uploading a new creative:
Simply follow all prompts name your creative , utilize your url and upload. Please note 300x250 is currently only allowed. For Gifs please make sure they are under 1mb.
